Mike Randolph has written an interesting article comparing a Zeiss Otus 85mm lens to a simple RX100. Very impressive. The RX100 really stands up well in terms of image quality. There seem to be issues with the latest version of iOS. My iPhone drops its WiFi connection whenever I turn it off. When I turn it back on, I have to go into settings to re-connect with my access point. Very annoying and surprising from Apple. WiFi is the most basic connectivity.
